Caregivers de Puerto Rico was founded in 2000. Our owners, Charles Mercado and Bettye Baldwin, as well as most members of our management team, have had the personal experience of searching for care providers for a loved one. Our work at this agency is driven by the same characteristics of human warmth and quality of service that guided us during those experiences. Caregivers has served more than 5,000 clients all over Puerto Rico. We have been selected as United States Federal Contractors; are sponsors of many “Caregiver” events, and have testimonials from many of our private clients. We regularly seek feedback from our clients, and are pleased to share the results.
